I've always loved processors and various other small appliances, but this one is the gourmet cook's dream appliance! With it's small blade/bowl, it is the answer to quick sauces, dips and dressings. Doesn't matter if your cooking for two or twenty, this makes it all simple! The recipes book has so many applications to try it makes using this processor the most fun small appliance I've ever used! Love it!

This processor is kept from being 5 stars due to the fact that when I shred cheeses the processor will completely shut off. I also don't like that I can't use the shredding disc with the mini bowl. The processor is quiet, quick, and sleek.

After a short while (maybe 6 or 8 months) of VERY light use, the blade would no longer spin on the spindle. Turns out the innards had broken so there was nothing but friction turning the blade. I've searched high & low for a replacement blade and even bought a couple, but none fit this unit. All the other accessories work great, but I didn't buy this unit for this much money to have it be a Mandoline......
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
