It is a nice item if you used it for large items all the time. I use it very little for the items I use it for. I know if I would use it instead of the other smaller appliances I would get more familiar with it and like it a lot more.

I have had a food processor for a long time.....BUT.....not like this one. The 13-cup bowl is amazing and the different sizes of slice thickness is wonderful.

I bought this a while back and have used it almost daily because of the wide mouth and the attachments that have come with it. The adjustable slicer is so much better than just a slicer. The small bowl insert is good when only having a few items. I wished they would have made the smaller bowl differently so could use the slicer with it but all in all this lives up to the KitchenAid list of good products for the home
