This product is difficult to use. The instructions for using the product with so many attachments are too complicated. The result is many trials before the attachments are fitted properly so they work. Somehow the plastic lip on the top chute of the small work bowl became stripped while using it.

I find the processor very easy to use: everything attaches easily and is dishwasher friendly. I love the externally adjustable slicing lever; it makes switching from one job to the next so simple. I really appreciate the storage case for all the attachments. I have a smaller kitchen and it's great to keep everything so well organized.

I am so very happy to have this 13 cup food processor, It made my cooking easier. I only have one problem, I found it very hard to pull the blade out and when it happen it gives me cuts on my fingers every time I use it because it is very sharp. I hope to get any advise or way to save my hand since I use it almost daily.
