Powerful motor makes quick work of all salad preparation. Best of all, the externally adjustable thickness lever allows feeding carrots using a thin slice and lettuce with a thick slice. After purchasing all of the salad ingredients in bulk, it takes about 15-minutes to prepare enough salad for the family to eat for the entire week. The purchase will pay for itself in a matter of months.
