I bought this because of the size. It has the smaller bowl also, so my choices aren't limited in what I want to use. I never had one before and love the ease of using it, also the easy clean-up. My son borrowed it and I was afraid I wouldn't get it back. It is back and I plan to use it a lot now that the holidays are coming up. Great product!

Because this is my first food processor I found it hard to put together...I couldn't insert some of the blades. Also, the pastry blade is hard to install (I needed to use a wooden hammer to whack it into place) (instructions say to use a bit of hand pressure to lock it in) but then it seemed to wobble. Maybe it's just me that I don't have enough hand pressure; because the attachment eventually seemed to work.
I was able to blend cookie dough as well as bread dough. Once I get used to the entire mechanism and all the attachments, I believe this food processor system will save me a lot of time and aggravation. However, on first use, the aggravation quotient is quite heavy.
Pros: Design, Performance
Cons: Attachments don't fit, too many attachments

I started with the Professional line series. After 3 years the second of two machines also broke. I went to this 13 cup processor after calling customer services AGAIN. Now a few years have gone by and the locking handle has come off in my hand. Making the 3rd processor in 7 years only used for holiday baking.

The very best food processor I have ever owned. It does everything it says it will. Very quiet when running.

I bought this food processor mainly to make sweet relish with cucumbers from the garden. It worked pretty well. I'll also use it for other things such as making cracker crumbs, slicing vegetables, etc. My kitchenaid food chopper worked well for cracker crumbs and nuts, but was a bit small.

We purchased this food processor before christmas and sadly have only used it a few times. When you absolutely MUST have a food processor, it works flawlessly. Tons of power and items are processed perfectly. That being said, it is a giant pain to clean and store. It comes with a box to hold all the blades and attachments. Everytime we've used it, we've needed to break out the instruction book. Which blade? Which bowl? Adjust, adjust, adjust. THEN all of the pieces must be cleaned. There are so many sized food feeds in the lid that you might think 'I could just pull those out and not have to clean up all this stuff'. HAH! The bowls and accessories take up most of the dishwasher. Whatever issues we may have with the food processor, we'd have similiar issues with other food processors. This food processor has made us question what features we really need, and perhaps owning a large and small foodprocessor was not so terrible. With all of the acessories we are certainly not storing less.

I've had this product for about 6 months. Its very hard to put together. The top gasket is very sticky and doesn't allow the parts to lock together. Once you have it together it works well.
