I bought this tv about 4 years ago. This summer the hulu app quit working. For what this cost it should be able to update. Also now it only has 2 aspect ratios, 4:3 and 16:9. It cuts off the bottom of all the pictures. This makes watching the news and anything with banner information frustrating as I am unable to read it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought less than 3 years ago and picture went out!!! Sound is still on, but no video, unreal considering the price I paid for it. This is our family TV and we can't exactly go out and buy a new TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV eight years ago and we’ve had no issues at all fast company for a TV. They got struck by lightning during a weather outage a few weeks ago but overall it’s been the best TV and best sound quality at best overall performance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had purchased the 3D tv back in Jan 2015, since then the tv functioned very well and after 8.5 year long run the tv Backlight stopped working, since the repair cost was too high I replaced the backlight led myself and tv came back but I cracked the led panel in the process, my bad, but tv quality was good throughout this time and I really enjoyed it well
