Doesn't work

Right out of the box it doesn't work... if you buy this product be prepared to find someone very tech savy to figure out what drivers go to what product... this problem is been happening since 2020... FYI when it works it works and keeps working great it's just when you do a system update you will have to go through this nightmare again

Our drivers are available for download on our website, the information about where to download the drivers is also available in the printer's User Manual. When performing a System Update, please make sure the printer is disconnected and power cycle the printer as well.
To power cycle, remove the labels and power adapter then press the front-button 15 times, after that insert the power adapter and labels then try to print.

Buyer Be Aware

Loved, until they did an update that doesn't allow for generic labels (which are half the cost of course), so now when I print....I get blank labels, the printed label printed on two labels and then more blank labels...so 15 labels are now trash. You guys suck for doing this. Looking into a different printer.

Seriously Disappointed

The printer ceased to work properly less than one week post purchase. Ranging from a constantly blinking blue indicator light to "ghost" printing (and ruining) multiple reams of labels, I am beyond frustrated. DO NOT RELY UPON THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THIS PRINTER FOR AN EFFICIENT WORKFLOW. Lastly, the outdated software obliterates any goals of achieving a seamlessly integrated packaging process.

The blinking light on the front of your printer indicates that the labels are not inserted correctly or detected. This could be a possible sensor issue. The printer should not ‘ghost’ print as you described. If the data on the label is shapes and text then it is possible your printer is stuck in self-test mode. If this is the case, you can remove the front faceplate of the printer and then reinsert it making sure it is not holding the front feed button down. Only buy if you hate yourself and your team

Painful driver - will often print the wrong size and skip sheets. Cost per label is more than color laser. Defeats the purpose of a thermal printer. Proprietary labels. Hate hate hate.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by our product. Kindly make sure you have selected the correct label size in the software before printing a label.
Based on the information that you provided, we recommend cleaning your printer to solve the excessive feed issue. Please use a cleaning card supplied in the original box or a business card moistened with an alcohol solution such as ethanol, isopropyl, acetone, or hand sanitizer, remove the front face cover, take the cleaning card (or business card) and feed it through the print roller 5-10 times making sure to cover all parts of the printer.
Once it has been done, please clean the sensors of the printer. Locate the sensor board below the black lever and clean them thoroughly using a dry cotton bud.

Does NOT integrate with Quickbooks 2015!

They tell you all over the website it integrates with Quickbooks. What they don't tell you is it doesn't work with 2015. Now i'm stuck with a $250 boat anchor till they decide to make the add on for QB2015. AT LEAST TELL US IT DOESN'T WORK WITH THIS VERSION!

Amazingly responsive!

Printing on 4x6 labels was something my regular ink jet printer was assigned to do until I got the 4XL...The labels from the ink jet were not waterproof, and it was always a hassle loading the label sheets. Now, the 4XL is assigned to all the USPS, DHL, UPS printing tasks and it does an amazing job...the labels are waterproof, highly durable, and the printing is hi-res quality.
We bought this to use with our small business. It prints quickly, is easy to use and doesn't take up much room. My biggest problem with it is at the end of the roll it tends to spit out the last few labels instead of using them. Overall we've had very few be wasted. It's paid for itself already and I recommend it, even for a small business.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I Loved This Printer Until It Stopped Connecting

I've used this printer for about a year. It recently stopped connecting to my computer. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting, everything. From googling it looks like it doesn't work with macOS Big Sur??? I've found no solution. This was a great product, when I can use it.

Please make sure that you have the latest version of DYMO software installed on your computer (software downloads are available on our website: dymo.com). Please note, that the DYMO prnter should be connected directly to the USB port on your computer. Use of any USB hubs or extensions usually disrupts the connectivity between the printer and the OS system.
