Works perfectly for me! I love it!

I've had this printer for four years now and I stopped by the website to buy an extra roll and noticed all of the poor reviews. I've never had a single problem with this printer...it's perfect for my large labels, postage and I just started using it for all of my address labels for regular envelopes too. I highly recommend it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth it.

This label printer has given me SOO many problems. It hasn't helped streamline my business, just make things more difficult to be honest. When it works its great, but when it doesn't its so frustrating and pointless. Its constantly disconnecting from my MAC and needs so much attention. No other printer has given me this much strife before. If you're on the fence of getting this printer... DONT! Save yourself the time and gray hair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For issues related to frequent disconnection on mac, we recommend that the USB cable is connected directly into the computer. We do not recommend using USB hubs or dongles as they can cause issues with the printer. biggest waste of money time and energy

this thing is a piece of poo. it cannot tell when it has paper, it errors 80% of the time, if it prints to labels in a row i consider myself lucky. I would recommend never buying a dymo product if you enjoy your sanity

The issue usually happens when labels are not inserted correctly or the sensors are dirty or obstructed. Please click the short YouTube link on how to insert the labels: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MKJduPG5d4s. To clean the printer please follow the steps: a) Open the lid of the printer b) Grip top part of the front cover and lift it up c) Remove the cover by pulling it towards you d) Pull up the label guide and check that there is no physical jam. You can also feed an alcohol coated business card 5-10 times making sure to cover all parts of the printer and try to print after drying. horrible printer

bought this three months ago. simply does not work. tried feeding in paper. power light just blinks. also, tried using the software and it does not integrate with corel or any other.

The issue that you've described might be caused by the dirty sensors of the printer. You can clean the sensors of the printer if you remove the front face cover, pull the black lever inside the printer, locate the sensors board and clean them using a dry cotton bud. We recommend using DYMO authentic labels with our printers.

If you would like to print from third-party software, please make sure you have the DYMO software installed first. If the third-party software is still not detecting the printer, please contact your software provider for assistance with connecting to their software.

Constant Issues, should have thrown it away.

The machine cannot tell when it has paper, it errors 90% of the time, I cleaned it, and always double checked to make sure labels where inserted correctly, if it prints two labels in a row I jump for joy. I would only recommend buying a DYMO product just to throw it out the window.

4 broken 4xls. Do not buy

These printers all break the same way. Eventually it will say out of labels but its not and just keeps feeding blank labels slowly through the machine. The machine sees the labels though because the blue light isn't blinking like it does when there is actually no labels.
