Half of the time labels just won't print out... you have to unplug and replug it in multiple times to get it to work..... so frustrating!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Based on what you have described I recommend you to be sure the labels are not loaded into the feed area when you disconnect and reconnect the power. This will allow your printer to reset. Great when it works properly

I bought this two months ago and it worked great for the first month. Now I notice that it will advance the labels to a half label after each print. Then at times it will print multiple labels with the same address and advance the labels two labels at a time. Now I'm wasting more labels then I'm using.

Been Using Over a Year and Works Great

I've been using this for a year now and haven't had any issues with it. It's been a great label printer. A couple of times it's spit out several extra blank labels but I just rebooted by computer and all was fine. Also I can print UPS labels as well without any issues. They do come out smaller but haven't had any issues with UPS not being able to scan them. Also a couple of times I just took a screen shoot of the UPS label and printed it as an image full size 4x6 label and works great!

Loved this label printer when we first got it. Printed quickly and quietly. Then sporadically, after printing a label, it would not stop releasing the labels. I have wasted so many labels from this happening. Right now, can't get it to work at all. Don't know what happened. It wasn't over-used by any means.

Bad Product

This printer is a piece trash it works good for about a month after that it started with one issues or the other. After two months of use, now it showing out of paper error despite that it has printing paper loaded. What a waste of my money.

The ultimate office savior

When I started my business in 2015, I ordered one of these. I haven't had to replace it since, after 40,000+ labels printed. God bless dymo!!!

Buying this was the best decision of my life! Prints extremely fast, NO MORE BUYING INK!!!! When ever it says "not connected to internet" just unplug it for 10 seconds and plug it back in. Also, for HP - if you are shipping ebay 4x6 shipping labels, it will fit weird on the label. When you select print and the label comes up, click "Print using system dialog" and the bottom and then select print from the new window, it should now print out perfectly. Good day!
