Amazing Printer

I ship 400-600 packages per month and the Dymo 4xl prints fast and quiet. Labels are a bit pricey but the small footprint is fantastic.
Pros: Strong Labels, Quiet, Neat Settings, Works Quickly
Cons: More Mac Compatible

Great shipping label printer!

Have been using my 4xl for over a year now without a single problem. I use it exclusively for printing USPS labels. To the folks who say it won't work with a MAC - have you keep the driver updated? I am running Yosemite, with the latest driver installed - it's ready to go.

hard to use, not compatible with USPS or Amazon labels. eats my labels, when I can get it work, the quality is good. machine not for the novice work from home

I apologize that you have experienced issues printing with your LabelWriter 4XL. Based on what you have described I would recommend feeding a Dymo cleaning card (or business card saturated with rubbing alcohol) through your printer about 5-6 times. This will help improve any poor print quality. In response to printing through 3rd party software, such as USPS and Amazon- it is possible but just not supported by Dymo. Should you need assistance with the 3rd party software we would encourage you to reach out to that 3rd party company or support. The Dymo labelWriter 4XL is hands down one of the best label and postage printers I have used. From setup to use it was a breeze. It works well and quickly allowing me to save time. I would recommend this product to anyone that ships items on a regular basis. It is worth its weight in gold and I would purchase this product in the future. I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own.

Freedom from ink

The LabelWritter XL has made life easier. I received mine free as part of a Smiley360 Mission. I have had it for a few weeks and I can't imagine not having it any more. The best thing to me is that I no longer will have to buy ink or toner for my labels. This is such a quick way to print out my shipping labels too, plus no need for tape for the paper, because it's a sticker. A really thick, sturdy label. It was easy to load, set up and use.

Always goes into an error state

Frustrated because the Dymo 4XL will be printing mailing labels fine and then go into an error state in the middle of a job. I have tried unplugging it, turning the computer on/off and it still happens all the time. I would not recommend this product.

Works as advertised, no issues within 2 yrs of use

I purchased this for use with my online business. I have used it with Shopify and Shipstation with no issues whatsoever. It prints quickly, quietly, and reliably. Changing the paper is easy. I have no complaints, it was money well spent!
