I Love This Label Printer

I have used this label printer at work for over a year now. It has not caused me a single problem. It prints VERY QUICKLY in a wide variety of label sizes, it is super user friendly and it isn't expensive (neither are the label refills). It's design is leek and stylish (better in actuality than in picture). As a senior administrative assistant, I have used many label printers. Dymo LabelWriter is my favorite black and white label printer.
Pros: Prints Fast, Quiet, Durable Labels, Crisp Printing, Easy Setup, Versatile, Easy Controls
Cons: Does not print in color
I would recommend this to a friend!

not compatible with chromebook!!!!

Highly upset!!! The dymo 4xl isnt compatible with Chromebook!!! I just purchased both just for shipping labels & now i either have to get a different printer or a different laptop!! Highly upset!!! It comes with a USB cord!!!! Why isnt it compatible with ANYTHING!!!!

This is literally IMPOSSIBLE to set up. I’ve watched a ton of YouTube videos, called people, asked my boyfriend to do it. After like 5 hours of trying we finally got it. It comes with hardly any labels and I used the entire roll trying to figure out how to do it! Honestly not worth the money I spent on this

I was just visiting the website to download the driver on a new computer and saw the terrible review of this printer. Not sure what everyone's big issue is. I am super sure they just don't understand drivers and proper installation. To date, I have printed just over 19,000 labels (over a period of 24 months) with the only jam or error occuring on the very last label in the roll. Make sure to use DYMO proprietary labels. (this might be an issue as well.)

Loved the LabelWriter 4XL that I received. It's so easy to use and lets you get creative. I've made labels for school, for a party and for a community event and it has been a breeze to use. I let friends use it too so they could try it and it was a hit in the community event. We were able to print mailing labels and badges really fast. Some friends asked where to get one too and quite a few were considering the option of buying one for themselves. It was also super useful in my home business, I was able to organize my files printing file labels, printed mailing labels, postage and so much more! I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own.

Nightmare!

I have found no way to print other than tiny labels. Using the eBay label printing link, it has been an absolute nightmare trying to print a proper sized label. Wasted labels, voided postage until no more labels allowed, still no success.

Based on what you have described, I recommend you to be sure the labels are Dymo brand and loaded to the far left of the feed area and are not shifting to the right during printing. This should eliminate the issue of wasted labels. Stops working + Expensive labels

Wish I didn't have to buy this but the system we use forces us to do so. Labels are super expensive and printer simply stops working regularly since the first week.
