I'm on second one. The first one just stopped working one day and my IT person said I had a defective USB receiver. Also, on both mice, the bottom snags for a while on the mouse pad until you wear it down a bit. I'm on my second mouse, which I've only had for a couple of months. It stops working each day and sometimes doesn't work at all. My computer will say that the USB is not recognized. It's really annoying to not have a reliable product that I've spent a lot of money on. Also, I think they should update this product and create a different scrolling mechanism with a ball or something. The one it comes with is not very accurate when it comes to navigating. The curser starts flying!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Greatly diminished carpal pain

I was struggling with pain in my wrist for many months. Got the 3M mouse. Pain almost gone the VERY first day I used. It's been more than 3 months now. I just regret not having bought it before.

I am using differnt mice which all function vertically. Especially the 3M is excellent for Long time use or work. Most functions are available. Anyhow, since I use vertical mice - no more pain or uncomfortable Feelings due to carpal tunnel Syndrome. It would be nice to set the pricing a Little lower. to try i bougt the wired Version and now the wireless one. If your having Troubles with your wrist or elbow - go for it.

Relieved discomfort in hand

I've used this joystick mouse for a few years at work and it really eased the discomfort in my hand. I bought one for home use but lost the USB Plug and Play. Is there a way I can purchase the USB part only? I still have the actual mouse. Thanks.

I (personally) bought the 3M vertical ergonomic mouse, model EM500GPL to use at work because of arthritic pain in my wrist and hand when I used a standard mouse. That was 14 years ago and "it's still gooooing!" When I took another job I took it with me, since I paid for it. I still have it and use it every day (I'm a writer/author.) NO wrist pain. It works. If it ever dies, I'll buy another one.

USB cable broke

I have had this mouse for about a year, maybe a little less, the USB cable broke (the inside piece). I love this mouse, it has really helped my carpal tunnel as well as my fingers from being so stiff. Can I get another USB cable?? PLEASE!!
