No driver; no scroll function

Where is the driver so that the scroll function can be activated. Has no one thought about bringing this function to live using the third button. I am a Mac user.

Great, but has not kept up with the times

This is the only mouse I've used for the past 10+ years, but it would have been nice to see some updates for connectivity. The wireless option requires a protruding proprietary dongle with a USB-A connector. To use it on a Mac would require a USB A-C adaptor, making it even more protruding. Why not just make it a standard Bluetooth accessory?

Only scrolls in Web browser on Windows 10

It's a very comfortable mouse. Unfortunately, the scroll feature only works in my web browser and a few other select apps. It doesn't work in any of the settings or Windows File Explorer windows, nor any other windows related to native operating system functionality (e.g., powershell, command prompt, start menu, etc.). I can't find any drivers to install, so I'm assuming this device is supposed to be plug-and-play, but the onboard firmware isn't compatible with Windows 10.

not up to the standard of the last one model

this is the second of this product that I have purchased. I dropped the first one and it broke and had to be replaced. I have limited mobility in my hand and found the first model excellent. My replacement is slightly different. At the top of the mouse where there right left button is slightly more material has been added to the right of the button which means my thumb catches on it when I'm trying to click. This has made it much more difficult to use this product, which is a shame because the old version was perfect
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have just started working with this mouse and am very happy with the effect it has on my otherwise painful hand.
The only thing I'm missing is the 'CTRL+scroll'-function that can be used on a normal mouse, to zoom in and out on for instance excel sheets or pdf's. Suggestion for the engineers to build this in to new versions :-).

BEST MOUSE EVER!!!

Just when i was about to give up.This mouse saved me from my unbearable trigger finger pain. I no longer feel horrible pain. Although a bit pricey, It's comfortable and easy to use. I just wished i would have ordered it sooner!!!

Nice but where is left handed one?

I like this a lot but do not see a left handed choice. Also how about adding a programmable button or two? Those are really handy. Could fit a small one/two on top of joystick or where scroll button is. It feels like I need to have a pillow under my forearm so i dont hold it up all the time, you could offer a separate arm support
