Saved my job!!

Working as an analyst I used a mouse all day. I started to suffer with severe thumb and wrist pain. I first purchased this mouse a few years back. It took a couple of weeks to get used to it but then the pain went way. Fast forward to today, I now work from home more frequently and the pain has come back. I just purchased my second mouse for my home office.....important note, I have small hands and all other products were too big, they strained my thumb and wrist more. The 3M mouse is perfect, I cannot imagine doing my job successfully without it.

Love this mouse, NEED a new USB Plug & Play

I've been using this mouse for several months and it has helped to resolve my thumb and hand pain that occurred using other mice. But I've damaged the USB Plug & Play. Can someone help me replace the USB only?

The best ergonomic mouse hands down!

No other ergonomic mouse comes close. Why other manufacturers can't take the joystick approach of the 3M mouse and improve that design is beyond me. I suspect most designers have never suffered from severe throbbing of the forearm that can last days after minimal use of regular mouse.
My only gripe is that 3M does not have a Bluetooth version of their ergonomic mouse. Please. Please. Make a Bluetooth version!

Great mouse for people with a hand disability

This is the only ergonomic i can use with my hand disability and it is wonderful! I have C.M.T. and i can't image trying to use a computer without it.

I use this mouse ALL the time. Have one for home and work. Main complaint is that they only seem to last three years and then suddenly stop working

Ergonomics work well & excellent customer service

Purchased a few yrs ago and USB receiver broke within one year. Early USB design and it was bulky and not sturdy quality. I had some life issues and did not follow up on warranty replacement for a long time. Finally spoke to customer service to let them know how effective the mouse was with my pain and provided the details about the receiver and 3M sent another USB replacement for free. Even though the original receiver was sub-par the replacement seems a bit more durable, the actual mouse was great and combined with the great customer service it still makes this product a value.

Don't Waste Your Money on This Version

I have now had two of these purchased for me for a new desk setup. Both have been a laggy mess to the point of unusable. Other wireless mice work perfectly, but not this one. Both have had the exact same issue for me and other users when tested on their systems.
The wired version is a lifesaver, and I recommend it. I wish they'd have fixed this one as a wireless one for travel would make my life (and CTS) easier.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
