SMALL

Good and effective design. However, even the large is way too small. I have average sized hands for a man, but from the feel of this I would order and XXL if it were available. This one cramps up my hand and I don't like using it for very long. I slide my hand back an inch or so and only put 3 fingers on it when i do use it. A scroll roller would be nice too.

I loved it while it worked

I loved this for a few months, but, when I upgraded computers it no longer works. It will connect and work for about 3 hours then nothing. The design is great if you have any issues with hand/arm. But design doesn't mean much if it doesn't work. I have tried to find updated softwarer/driver to download but can't find anything.

Very comfortable to use for long hours

I have had 2 3M Large ergo mice and loved both of them. They allow me to mouse for hours at a time without pain. I got carpal tunnel from overusing a standard flat mouse and had to switch. After surgery, I could not use a standard mouse anymore.

Nice, but...limited use in graphics

Got ot because of slowly deteriorating hand capacity. Pretty cool, doesnt take long to get used to enough to work with it. Yeah...work with it. Doesnt set "scroll" within Photoshop, so scroll zooming is gone. Not good. Also an option for a stickier base (sticker?) would be nice to help tame the cursor when you hand is subject to small nerve movements. I'll keep playing...

Don't buy the wireless version it is unusable
on March 8, 2023

I have been using the wired version of this mouse since 2005 and I love it, it saved me from crippling RSI/OOS in my mouse hand. If I don't use it, it comes back pretty quickly. Lifesaver, amazing mouse.
I tried to buy the wired version recently to replace a failing left click (this is another reoccurring issue as mentioned in other reviews) but none were available locally (NZ) and I needed it semi-urgently so purchased the wireless version.
It is unusable due to significant lag as mentioned in other reviews. I am a designer so fine control of the mouse Is essential. Every single travel of the cursor is plagued by frustrating lags. I now have to return it and find a wired version, never buy the wireless version.

I fixed the stutters, so read this!

I have the wireless version and i first bought a new mouse because of the random stutters. (because i used the mouse for years without issues) Then bought a new pc to fix my problems, but it didn't help. My solutions was to use an USB extension cable. I glued it underneath my desk under my mouse pad and plugged the wireless mouse in there.
