The wireless version was disappointing!

I bought this mouse a month ago brand new everything worked fine. Suddenly all my devices cannot recognize the dongle (it used to blink red when I would try to connect, now it just holds red and does nothing). The mouse is now landfill unfortunately. I would recommend getting the wired version as I have now read that I am not the only victim of the poor design of the dongle.

Update driver is not available

My computer has freeze problems when my mouse is connected, and has no problems at all when the mouse is disconnected. My support department advises to update my 3M mouse driver, but it is not available. So I cannot use my mouse anymore. It is very disappointing.

Bye bye RSI

As a software-developper I had RSI using an ordinary mouse for five minutes. But of course I had to work and did so for years with a painful shoulder and index finger. One day in the afternoon I tried the vertical mouse and I felt the pain drain away in two minutes!
I would recommend this to a friend!

What happened to my favorite mouse?

I have been a huge fan of this mouse for years. I had a wired version for work and when it finally broke, I upgraded to the wireless version. This mouse does not work with Windows 10! When I try to use it on my brand new Dell laptop, the lag time is so poor, that it renders the mouse unusable. I have tried adjusting the mouse pointer speeds, to no avail. I am distraught that I invested all of this money only to abandon my brand new mouse.

buttons broke after 2 years

Nice mouse but the buttons failed in 2 mice after 2 years each. Looked inside and the buttons were connected to the board with low quality wire that had corroded at all 14 solder joints! Having one go bad is a fluke but all 14 is a defect. Most likely they do not wash the flux off during manufacturing. Hey 3M, how about forwarding this to someone who can make it stop happening?

What happened to my favorite mouse2

I use this type of mouse severall years with much pleasure. This is my third mouse of this type. However, this year, only problems. My mouse fell from the table, and was broken. I purchased a new one. From that moment, I have constantly problems with the top button. It keeps 'hanging' after clicking. I 've got a new one from the store. Same problem!!!

good basic shape but mouse "button" needs redesign

The basic shape and angle of the mouse is good. However, I get a sore thumb from the means of clicking, which is done by pushing your thumb sideways on a rocker switch at the top. Two (or even just one for the normal left click) mouse button(s) under the index and middle fingers built into the handle, like a trigger, would work better. As it is, I cannot use it.

Horrible lag time and very "choppy" operation

I've used this mouse for years beacuse it's the only one that doesn't make my hand hurt over time... Then one day it started laggingreal bad and being so "choppy" that it is hard to select discreet things on the screen with it. I thought it was broke so I bought a new one and it does the same thing. I thought it might need an updated driver but there are no drivers available... It's so frustrating to try to select things on the screen with it that I can't even use it anymore. (when trying to select something, or click a button on the screen, it constantly overshoots the selections so you have to try and try again to finally get it to stop on whatever you are trying to select)...
