Incredible TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old tube TV with this incredible TV ! After 3 years it is still amazing. I highly highly recommend it. Had to upgrade my router to overcome initial buffering problems, but has been very reliable ever since.

NEED SCREEN!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV was great for a while; then backlight died. Based on my Google searches I think it may have had something to do with a bad firmware update. In any event, I was able to get the parts I needed to fix it but when I went to reinstall the main screen I found that it had cracked. Anyone have a screen for the 42LB6300 in working order and live in the Philadelphia area?

Good TV but poor design for HDMI ports

The TV worked fine for a year but the HDMI ports are not well-secured into the back of the TV. Two of them feel inside, leaving only one HDMI port usable. If you have a slide-out or swivel mount for your TV, I wouldn't get this TV or, at least, tape the cables to the back of the TV so that the cord doesn't pull on the HDMI socket.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
