Excellent Picture Quality and Unique Remote

Set-up was intuitive, and the picture quality was great right out of the box. I Coupled it with an LG Soundbar to create an immersive sound effect. The majic remote functions as advertised. It controls virtually every auxiliary I've attached to it including the cable box. The design is very nice with a thin silver bezel surrounding the set. I also like the size at 42". It's perfect for my bedroom. I haven't found a single thing I dislike about it so far.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, majic remote

My first Smart TV. Overall, I love it. The only two complaints are that the web browser does not work with Flash, kind of a bummer. Also, LG apparently is not compatible with Hulu Plus. Oh Wel...still love the TV
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use

This computer/smart-TV is new so we really cannot judge its quality in the long run. But out of the box, the picture looks terrific and it is pretty apparent there is a computer inside. It connects to the wireless network and gives a new easy way to view Netflix, Youtube or other video from the net. The TV knows exactly what to do with a mouse or keyboard if one is connected.
Minuses: 1) While you get a picture and sound almost immediately, some menus are not available right upon startup, until the set "finishes its startup". An example is the "123/Input" button on the remote. You need to learn patience, wait until the set is ready for all commands -- old dumb TV models never had this problem. 2) There is a learning curve, just like a computer. Things are done with menus more than buttons, and you need to learn how to navigate to the right menu. The first couple of days were really frustrating but it got a lot easier after that. 3) The necessary information is not in a paper manual, it is in an onscreen one. Reading onscreen is just less pleasing and less effective than scanning a book of paper. Plus, we have seen unreasonable delays up to 1 minute simply going from one page to another. This could be solved by giving us a PDF to download and read on paper.
Overall this feels like a very modern product (which needs faster software or processor), and I expect software updates to remedy many of these quibbles. I like it enough to have bought a 2nd one for another room.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Quality

I have had this LG 43LB6300 smart TV for two months now and like it very much. The setup of it was very easy and I am very satisfied with the original color settings. This TV's remote control functions as a on-screen pointer is definitely a winner for ease of use. The build-in web browser is very ease to navigate. The only thing I don't like is that this TV doesn't support flash format video playback that greatly hinders the usefulness of the otherwise perfect build-in web browser. I strongly urge LG to add the flash video support through software upgrade in the future.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

I recently bought this TV and I am more than satisfied. I am a tech junkie and love using new electronics. I was not expecting the TV to have such amazing viewing angles, picture quality and features. The new WebOS on the TV is very intuitive and user friendly. I definitely recommend buying this TV if you're looking for decent picture quality for a bargain. My only concern is the style of the stand. It seems a little funky, but if you're going to hang it up on the wall, then this mid-range TV is a no brainer buy.

It's a stylish tv but it is not performing as well as I thought it would be. Smartshare is unstable, the browser is slow and the lg app store is very poor.I also receive some <out of memory > messages when I open an app. I am disappointed because I bought this tv for its streaming capabilities and for browsing in the Internet. After that it is a tv with nice picture and sound quality and the magic remote control is awesome. If the next firmware updates fix these issues, this tv will be one of the best.
Pros: Style/Design, Quality

I have had this TV for a couple months and when I try to download some thing from e-mail it says downloader is not supported. And when I get into my gmail account I get a messege that this version of google chrome is no longer supported and tells you to update to different browsers that I can't get into.
