Produces great print a little heavy on in usage but I am extremely happy! Rebate very slow, not yet received 90 days later

Best 13" wide printer available

I love my Epson R3000. I typically use 13x19 premium luster paper or pearl metallic paper and it prints very accurately on these both. Colors are rich and vibrant, resolution is stunning, black and whites are perfect. I have only printed on Quality "4" with high speed turned off. I wonder if Quality "5" would be a noticeable increase? Never had a single paper feed problem or bleed issues, even when printing multiple borderless 8.5x11 prints. Can't wait to try 13" rolls and do some really wide landscapes. Only regret is that I did not save up more money and spring for the next one up that does 17" wide.

I love this printer. This little printer replaced an Epson 9800 which I didn't use much any more. It is fast, quiet and best of all produces great prints.

I've now run approximately 750 prints off using this printer. It is easy to use, the ink cartridges are simple to change, and the printer goes-goes-goes. I particularly like having the range of blacks this printer has. Combining that with Exhibition Fiber paper makes the best prints possible using a home printer. I highly recommend this printer to any amateur who wants to do their own printing at a professional level. Price wise the printer is a bargain.

Great Printer but Worried about Warranty Expiring

This is a great printer, especially for glossy but also for matte prints. I have used a number of papers and they all seem to work well. The images I print are from Photoshop 6 and the screen to printer matches really well. When one of the heads clogged and couldn't be fixed with software, Epson, under warranty, exchanged it very quickly at no cost to myself. However, I am concerned about repairs after my warranty expires. I live in Orange County, California and there are no Epson authorized, carry-in repair shops anywhere. The printer has to be sent by Federal Express back to Epson.

Guess you would call me advanced amateur. That said, I could not be happier with the R3000. High quality prints, reasonable ink consumption, no troubles, easy wireless set up, sensible space requirement, etc. Now one year out, very happy with my choice, no regrets.
