In general I like the printer a lot. It has tremendous flexibility and the printing quality is absolutely superb. The only problem that I have with it is that it sometimes has trouble receiving the "print" order through the wireless connection with my Apple computer. This also happens sometimes when I switch from Matte black ink to print black ink or vice versa if I don't also tell it to switch paper types. I would like to have it print when I switch inks without having to tell it also to switch paper. When these problems occur, I call the Epson support techs to get me out of the jam and they always correct the problem in a very professional way. The support people are terrific.

I have a copier for a while now and I absolutely love it.
I highly recommend it.
If I have one complaint it will be to get coupons for the ink.

Great Product with only 1 issue

Love this Epson, however the only issue I had with this printer is that once in a while when ordering from EPSON the OEM inks would not recognize and it would put me in a jam, kind of happened once too many times. All in all, this printer works awesome.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolutely Awesome!!!

I use this awesome printer primarily for portrait and landscape photographs. In all cases it produced brilliant colors, even skin tones, and exceptional B&Ws. I am very happy with this printer although it was somewhat difficult to connect to the EpsonNet software. Initial setup was a snap and its looks awesome; great quality product. It meets all my expectation!

We use the printer for printing art work and graphics. The prints are excellent. If the machine maintains this quality for a couple of years it will be fantastic.
