Setup

I just received my printer today and setup was without any hitches except that I started to set it up as a wireless printer and it said I need the network name and not to proceed unless I had it. Well, have been using a HP Photosmart 7520 wireless and don't think I had to name my "network." So I backed up and just used the USB from my Epson 2200 to hook this up. Then it went fine from there.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pro Prints at Home

This printer is an easier to use version of my previous Epson. The larger ink cartridges and interactive messages on the machine are a nice feature. Print quality is excellent - easily gallery quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

GREAT PRINTER

I received this printer yesterday. It came via UPS well boxed and protected. I set it up to use via my wireless network. Epson said I had two choices to set it up: 1) use of a temporary USB cord (which they recommended or..... 2) go another route and use the screen on the front of the printer. I tried #1 which did not work. When I tried the #2 method, it set up instantly with no problems. I ran a test sheet and then printed a photograph after installing the ink, etc. Everything went great. I love this printer; you will do. It does a terrific job and prints flawlessly.

Very pleased with R3000. Print quality is beautiful and the ink switching from gloss to matte is so much improved over 2880.

Excellent Printer

This printer uses several different artistic papers and also has a flat black, as well as regular black, colors. The photos are wonderfully clear and precise. Colors are wonderful. I did some of my sons wedding photos and the colors were much more accurate than on my other photo printers. Loading the thick papers is a little confusing at first, but once you get the knack, it turns out to be simple. Customer support has been excellent, too.

Beautiful image reproduction. Equal or better than the Pro 3800 it has replaced. Can't wait for more ICC profiles so I can use other media. Great job Epson.

Not just wonderful, but easy to use

I was one of the first to get this printer. Setting up for printing is simple- just go through the list and select the appropriate setting. I have rarely had to reprint any image.
The pictures on the Epson EF Paper look and feel like what I used to make in the darkroom. It makes my work look better. The ink carts are big and last a long time.
Can I add it is a beautiful object as well, with a simple elegance.

Great printer. Excellent quality. Esay set up with wireless connectivity. Purchased for use in scrapbooking and am thrilled with the results. Highy recommend.
