After uncrating this printer, I was impressed by the relative ease of setup and installation I thought that the wireless setup went flawlessly.
The first print blew me away.
So far, this is an excellent device.

I did my reach and read the reviews. it was easy to set up and use. everything I print turns out excellent. I can't say enough about this printer other than if u are thinking about buying a printer and u love to print out excellent quality pics then get this one.

The front loading option for special media is worth the upgrade to this printer. Excellent B&W printing.

In the last years I had used a lot of different printers from Epson and HP. This one is the best that a had used. The quality of the prints is fantastic and the only comment is the waste of ink to change from the blacks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Like the PHOTO R3000

I have been using the R3000 with Lightroom 3.6 for just over two months, and am getting excellent results. Soft and subtle, or deep and vibrant, the colors are great. I was a little concerned about some reviews that criticized the printer for rapid ink consumption. It does use ink a little faster than my previous Epson 2200 printerl, but I expected it to do so because it gives better color depth and tonality. I have yet to put it through all its paces with fine arts papers, but so far I am very, very pleased with the ease and quality of results.

I purchased the Epson Stylus Photo R3000 to replace my R1800 printer after 5 very satisfied years of use. But there is no comparison as the R3000 is far superior. I get beautiful colors and monochromes, which is my passion, are stunning. Beautiful range of tones that rival my T-Max Film and Ilford glossy. I am also very impressed with the printer's drivers for color management. The printer drivers delivers better color than the application color management from my Capture NX2 and PW6 Pro software.
