This product's features do not work.

My wife and I each bought one. Hers freezes a lot. Both have one thing in common: we cannot access the app store. It is meant to deceive customers in that the first time you choose to click on the app store it gives the appearance that it works, but any time later you choose to go to the app store it gives an error.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed...

This one received excellent 'ratings' on 3 different mobile sites I reviewed, so I was of course sold. And it IS an attractive prepay Verizon phone.
Well, imagine my surprise after 3 short weeks of usage .. half the features no longer worked, including photo messaging/sharing & social media. I kept getting 'App expired' warning. Upon contacting Verizon about it - was told the media browser (opera mini) had not been 'upgraded' and that a software updating was necessary, and to have the store fix it. Okay then, fine piece of equipment it is. Huh...a new phone (even hi tech prepay) and already media issues.
Also was informed that apparently the phone is supposed to warn you when its memory is maxed....It doesn't. You may however get a 'App expired' message instead, as I did. Also, the keyboard is junk.. I have small fingers so it looked perfect for my hand. NOT. I am constantly retyping or overwriting due to its poor layout.
I would recommend this phone only for kids. Adults, not so much.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All and all I'd say it's a decent phone. There is a major problem with the ram. It never clears it self. Meaning whenever you go online it fills the hard drive space. I've been through 2 phones so far. There seems to be no fix to it. Sadly I've never had a problem with LG phones until this one. And it has kind of soured me to them. Unless they fix this problem I don't believe I will ever buy one again.
Pros: Style/Design

everything is average with this phone. it is built good, but the slider has a tendancy to get annoying, i have large hands and it seemed to slip out of my hands quit frequently
Pros: easy to use
