Problems with Phone

I wasn't able to delete draft text messages. I would select erase all and nothing would happen. Had my phone for less than two months and the screen froze. I wasn't able to power it back on or off. I would only see the LG logo on the screen.
Pros: Quality

The "touch" scroll feature is so frustrating, I literally HATE this phone. When texting, if a phone call comes in, the text is lost if call is answered. When texting, if a picture message comes in, the ability to receive the photo must be cancelled or you have to stop texting until the file send has been completed. You can forget seeing a picture and reading the message sent with the photo. Hitting the keys with the exact amount of pressure is necessary or keystroke is repeated numerous times OR not recognized at all. This is the most frustrating phone I have ever owned. The querty keyboard is a nice feature. The voice feature may as well not exist - it rarely understands the name I say when searching for a contact to dial. I will be very happy to never have to use this phone again.
Pros: i can make phone calls

Great Phone For The Price!

I've had this phone since December, (about 6 months now), and I love it! It's a great feature phone. The touch screen is pretty good, camera takes decent pictures and the keyboard is really easy to text on and is very responsive. People complain about "internal memory problems"...which can EASILY be fixed by doing a software update on your phone. There are videos of it on YouTube. As long as you keep your software up to date, you'll be very happy with this device! I definitely recommend it to someone on a budget who wants something more than a boring flip phone!
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Quality, plays youtube videos!

THIS PHONE HAS AN EXTREME MEMORY PROBLEM I CANT DELETE COOKIES. THE OPERA MINI FEATURE FOR INTERNET ACCESS OVERTLY FREEZES. I KNOW MULTIPLE PERSONS WITH THIS PHONE FROM MY AREA AND WE ALL SAY THE SAME. IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND AN UPDATE TO MINIMIZE FREEZING OF THE PHONE AND MEMORY. THE PHONE DOESNT ALLOW WITH A SD CARD IN TO RECEIVE MEDIA PICTURES IF THERE IS OVER A 100 TEXTS. IT WILL SAY DELETE UNWANTED DATA WELL ALL MY DATA IS SAVE TO MY SD CARD AND I HAVE AN 8GB CARD AND I DONT HAVE BUT 5 SONGS IN MY MEDIA PLAYER AS WELL ALL PICTURES ARE SAVED TO MY CARD AND IT SAYS THE SAME THING (DELETE UNWANTED FILES).
Pros: easy to use

worst phone ever

my wife and i got this phone just two weeks ago and we hate them.
the keys for texting is too small, causes a lot of mistakes.
the phone hangs up on my wife whild she is talking to someone, not just once but on a regular basis. there is more but i need to go.

I have had an LG Extravert for about a year now. The current phone that I have is the second one because the first one had so many problems that it was covered under the warranty. Where do I begin? First, the phone will hardly connect with my SYNC system in my car and it will not download the contact list. The only way that I've found to transfer the contacts is through a manual method that does one contact at a time. IF I do get the phone to connect, it will only stay connected for a short amount of time (30 seconds or less) before it drops the call. The second major problem with this phone is that it will not stay connected the first time you make a call when it is just the phone (not through the car). I am constantly calling people back because it will hang up within the first few seconds of most phone calls. The phone often comes out of lock mode and will randomly dial and text people while in my pocket or purse. The first phone that I had of this same kind was worse. It had the problems described by other people in their reviews where it said that the text message mailbox was full and it wasn't and it wouldn't delete the text messages. The phone would go through the animation like it was deleting, but it would never delete it. I cannot wait until my contract is up so that I can get a different phone brand. I would never recommend this phone to anyone...including my worst enemy.
