Great Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i just received my new slide in double oven electric range and i am totally in LOVE with it. i haven't had it installed yet, but wanted to comment on the delivery service and condition upon arrival. the delivery arrived right on time, and i was notified in advance as explained. i also received a phone call that the driver would be at my doorstep within 15 minutes. there were 2 very nice delivery men and they were very willing to open the carton in my garage and help me inspect my range. the range was packed very well and was beautiful upon opening. they were very patient as i asked to open the oven doors and look inside to further inspect the condition. everything was as expected. since i am not yet ready in my kitchen remodel to have the range installed, and it will be still several more weeks---i appreciated their patience.
i want to thank GE for their quality so far in the process.

AMAZING DOUBLE OVEN RANGE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK, IT IS PRICEY BUT IT IS WELL BUILT AND IS A FINE TUNED INSTRUMENT. WE LOVE THE SMALLER OVEN ON TOP AND THE FACT THAT THE BOTTOM OVEN IS CONVECTION IS SUPERB. WE HAVE ONLY HAD THIS FOR 4 MONTHS BUT SO FAR IT HAS BEEN GREAT.

I purchased the exact double oven range 4 years ago and loved it. We decided to redue our kitchen and I wanted the exact oven in the slide in version. I love the double oven. It's just my husband and I so we basically use the upper oven but when having company, the lower oven comes in handy. We looked at several ovens but liked this oven's appearance. I think it's wise to purchase the extended warranty. Had the previous oven serviced once for a light on the cooktop which shows during and after use to make you aware that the burner is still hot (we have electric). You will not be disappointed with thid purchase!

Beautiful Range, however......

We bought this range several months ago, and due to our kitchen renovations taking longer than expected, we just installed it this month. The range is beautiful and is well built and solid. A few things I don't not like, the timer is VERY quiet, you will have to pay attention, esp if you are baking. Also stainless steel and black are EXTREMELY difficult to keep clean, but if you don't mind wiping it down after every use, you won't have a problem. The dual ovens are fantastic, it is an amazing feature, so far the range itself is working beautiful and cooks very evenly.

I like this product. Last year we moved into a house with a smaller kitchen. I missed the double ovens. Now I have that feature once again. In my last house, we had upgraded to a new slide-in range and purchased a different brand (not to be named). It cost more; and I thought the glass top more labor intensive to keep clean. I liked this range from day one! I really like my new GE Profile slide-in with the double ovens. There are features that I haven't used yet, but feel that we made an excellent choice.
