The range I was waiting for!!

I'm writing this on the Sunday after thanksgiving and couldn't have been happier with this range. Cooking for the the big meal was so much easier this year. Turkey on convection roast for 4.5 hours and was able to make all the casseroles in the smaller top oven. Now I know why people buy houses with double wall ovens!! (Now I'm no longer jealous). Cook top works great too. Only issue is that one has to be careful with the digital controls since cleaning up the control panel can either turn on or off various features. But I'm now used to this. Great product. Wish it had come out 10 years ago!

Love this oven...I don't have to heat up a big oven to cook pizza, cookies, casseroles, bread,ect..It saves on energy and heating up the house in the summer time.

During a recent kitchen remodel we replaced all of our appliances. I love this range! For the most part we only use the upper oven. It looks great, is very practical, was competitively priced, and most of all, cooks the food! The operating instructions are easy to follow (idiot proof).

Great Looking Range

I really like my new range the only negative so far is it's hard to keep the stove top clean and the controls are very sensitive to the touch when cleaning.

Great once we fixed the fan

HOWEVER, when we first used the preheated lower oven , the noise was deafening. After preheating, when the door was opened and then closed again, the fan in the lower oven kicked on and sounded as if a fan blade or two was hitting the oven's rear wall, creating a racket equal to a lawn mower. That coupled with the rattling of the oven racks was unbearable and maddening.
My husband and I removed the four screws holding on the fan's cover and removed it. We could clearly see where one bent blade had been hitting the rear wall, scraping off the wall's finish. We bent the blade to the angle of all others, and the fan operates noiselessly now. Yea!

A real joy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the double oven. Someone finally got it right! Smaller, most often used at the top works great for us. It took a little getting used to the controls, but now we have the timing down pat for raising or lowering temperatures (new cookware also added to the learning curve).
We had a problem with the first one we had installed, but the Service and Customer Care people got everything resolved very quickly.
The cooktop still looks great...just have to keep at it a bit to keep it clean and shiny, but it's not a major cleaning task.
All in all I'm glad that we saw this one and had the appliance dealer order it for us. Even they hadn't seen it before, but after seeing it I believe that they have added it as a display on the floor. We are very happy with this product.
