BAD, Bad, bad

I was so excited to get this oven & just as badly let down. We ordered 6/23/12 & took delivery 6/26/12 & have yet to be able to use it. The outside of the oven got extremely hot & they had to order a new fan motor for it. This is a newly installed, never used oven. It should not need parts ordered and replaced prior to use especially for the price of it. We are very unhappy and want a new oven as was paid for, not something needing parts from day one. I strongly caution anybody considering this oven if this is the quality experience to be expected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent quality. It's really cool having two ovens, one small and one lage with convection, The smaller oven doesn't seem to get as hot as the larger one but other than that it is a great stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this slide in primarily for the double-oven feature and aesthetic appeal. Other features such as digital entry, power boil and an internal temperature gauge for roasts is wondeful. The dual oven offers considerably more space and options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with this appliance! The small oven is the best feature and will be used most. The exterior appearance brings it into this century . We realized how important the control lock was because of the sensitivity of the front controls.

Love the double oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the family down sizing the small oven is a plus, but I have issues with the rack on the bottom level being able to get the shelf pulled out easily, the hot mitt gets stuck between the door and the shelf. I also note that the cookie sheets I have just fit..actually tight in the slide out shelf, and issues with the hot mitt getting stuck as well. I find that I need to do cookies on the bottom vs the top. But I make it work, just some clunk iness I notice. I like being to bake more than 1 thing at a time...multi tasking!
