Not accurate temp

Never an accurate temp - I have to use oven thermostats. Large swing in temps while cooking. As if the controls to cycle on and off to keep temps have a very large range of acceptable temps. Also I can preheat to say 350. Be cooking at 350 then change and enter cook at 500. It immediately displays that it is a much higher temp than 350
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moving from a house with a double wall oven to a house with a range and no room for a wall oven left me perplexed. When I found this range I was intrigued. It has not let me down. With 4 kids home from college all summer,it was put to the test. I love the size of both ovens. I love the smooth top with the quick boil and warming spots. It looks absolutely beautiful. I hope it lasts forever because it does everything I want it to do.

The way to manage gourmet cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace an 11 year old Kitchen-Aid glass top with the dual burner totally dead and another burner that would only heat up on high setting. Wanted a double oven too.
Looked around and found this gem. I love the multiple choice of burner sizes to fit every pot or pan in the house, the small oven we mostly use and the bigger one when we need the size. It works great to pull out the sliding rack in the bottom when I make bread and need to put water in a broiler pan under the baking stone and don't want to splash it all over the place.
The controls are intuitive and easy to read.
Have no problem cleaning the top with the scratchy pad and cleaning solution, the front with stainless steel cleaner and the oven with the automated cleaning system.
Wish I could have convinced my wife to spring for this years ago rather than hobbling along with that defunct KA.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great stove!

We were able to put this range in place of our previous stand alone going back to the wall instead of using the "filler strip" behind as in most slide-ins.

It provides a wide variety of burner sizes, a warming eye, two ovens (both convection and regular) that allow a much more expeditious means to prepare meals for large family gatherings. All of this, plus it is sleek and attractive providing a gorgeous addition to my kitchen. Thus far, I have encountered no negative issues with regard to this purchase and would highly recommend it.

Excellent Double Oven Electric Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a high quality glass top range to match our new counter tops and kitchen color scheme and found this model after doing extensive research. Originally we had settled on an ElectroLux, but the price differential was hard to justify and frankly this range gave us 98% of the features of the Electrolux at a much better price point. Quality is excellent, controls are easy to work with, the lock-out feature is a big plus as we have small grand children visiting frequently. The added convenience of two ranges in one unit is terrific, especially for family gatherings, holidays and entertaining. Clean-up is easy, and we haven't seen any significant increase in our electric bill, so the range does seem to be reasonably energy efficient. Attention to detail in the build is good. We're still getting used to timing and temperature controls (the meat probe doesn't seem as accurate as my stand-alone battery powered unit, but its adjustable. I just haven't got it where I want it yet). The only criticisms I would offer is that the range comes with one easy glide (bearing equipped) slide-in shelf, including a second would be a plus. We bought one for the second oven, but it was pricey to say the least. Also, the double oven means a little extra bending over, and/or kneeling on the floor occasionally, but that's inherent to having this type of range, so it's not a defect, just the price we pay for not having room for a wall mounted oven.
Overall this is an excellent product and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality, easy to use and easy to clean range. And it looks fantastic!
