Bissell Steam Mops are the best choice for shiny porcelain tiles. We just bought our second steam mop and it works fantastic. No streaks or residue. The combination dirt vacuum and steam mop is so efficient. We usually vacuum first with our central vacuum system then when its time to steam the floor the combination vacuum will pick up any dirt left behind for a superior clean floor. Highly recommended.

I never review things. But this time I had to. I have 5 indoor cats and 6 litter trays. I love this! I get the floors done in no time. It doesn't replace the vacuum to get the furniture, etc. But I didn't expect it to. I have given away my old steam mop and stowed away the brooms. Worth every penny!

Worked okay for about 5 months. It was so noisy that I had to wear noise canceling headphones when I used it. You also have to go over the same piece of dirt about 10 times before it picks it up. The steam quit working after 6 months of light use. Yes, I cleaned it regularly as recommended. We have a "shoes off, pet free" home. So, the floors aren't that dirty to begin with. I have owned many Bissell products over the last 20 years. This will be my last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried it for the first time, worked very well. It had a bit of a hard time picking up wet dog hair after the steam mop got it wet, but other than that it did a great job on my floors.
