Love this product. We have three very big dogs that shed and this is a quick and easy way to clean our floors. Only negative is that the steam function broke on my first one about 18 months after purchase, but I loved it so much I bought another. Hope this one lasts longer.

really cleans well while the tank holds up. The tank is a piece of junk, a glued together and not hot seamed, and therefore very prone to developing leaks especially at the bottom which sits just above the steam/heating unit. As long as you clean in short sessions, That area will probably not get too hot and break the glue seams. We are on our 7th unit in the last 4 years and this time I took the machine completely apart and almost all of the glue seams in the bottom quarter of the tank have water leaking out. Of course they don't sell any parts for these units, so its fix it yourself or buy a new one. If they would just heat seal the tanks it wouldn't occur. Yes, we have about 2400 square feet of Travertine in the Kitchen, laundry room and three bathrooms on the main floor. My wife loves them until they start leaking.

My husband and I were very excited to try this vac/steam mop combination as we have two great danes and therefore a lot of dog hair and dirt! It worked GREAT for the first three or four times, but then the steam feature just stopped working. After cleaning it out and trouble shooting we ended up returning it to the store and bought a second symphony (because after all, malfunctions happen). BUT... the same thing happened...worked GREAT for a handle of times, then just stopped. We are so very disappointed as we were so excited to save time with the dual vacuum and steam mop combo. Sorry, we won't be buying a symphony for a third time. :(

We appreciate sticking with the Symphony for a second time. With no spray this should of been something easy fix and get you back to cleaning. As a friendly reminder make sure no vinegar or chemicals are being used. Distilled water is best to use. We're really sorry for the no spray, and would like to help you out. If you would like to troubleshoot with us, we will be happy to help you out. Please click at this link: http://www.bissell.com/email-us/

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the current Virus outbreak I have been at home for a few weeks and will be for a while. Our housekeeper has been unable to keep her housekeeping schedule at our home and so my wife has allocated to me, her husband certain house chores. One of my chores has been to clean and mop all the marble and wood floors in our rather large home. After one week I decided there must be a better way than sweeping and then mopping with a messy mop and bucket. I went on line and purchased the "Bissel Symphony All In One Vacuum Steam Mop" WOW!! What a difference I can now Clean, Vacuum and Mop the Floors in half the time, with half the effort and a far better result. I even use the vacuum for our rugs and carpets. Thank You Bissel

On my second unit and both LEAKED

My first one started leaking all the liquid after only 4 months. I bought a second and 6 months in and this one is doing the same thing! As much as I love how quickly it heats up and dissolves crud on my floor, its pricey to have to replace in such a short amount of time. I use it in my bathroom where my litter box is. Steaming and mopping at the same time, like it states is ok, is NOT ok. the steam melts the litter into goo then the vacuum would pick it up but it would get all gross in the canister. I can live with that but I can not deal with the leaking. I fill the container and within a minutes, its all over my floor. So disappointed.

I was very excited about the Symphony, but was disappointed after using it. It doesn't pick up dog hair very well and if you don't have it aimed right at what you want to pick up, forget it. It has no side suction either. It doesn't pick up oak leaves - just moves them around the floor. If it does pick up anything besides small particles, the tube on the side gets clogged. My old, 20 year old Rainbow vacuum still works much better than this unit. Wasn't happy with the steam cleaning the floor. The info commercials make it look so wonderful, quick and easy, but it's not. Don't waste your money. I would like my money back, but I doubt that will happen.

Cleans great, but the handle / trigger is not durable.

Received an All-In-One Symphony for Christmas, lasted about a year. It would no longer produce steam. The issue was that the trigger mechanism that rubs against the internal steam button becomes fatigued and no longer is sturdy enough to push the button inside of the handle. Called Bissell and I received a replacement. About a year later - same issue. Both occasions I opened the handle to examine the problem. After the replacement unit broke about a year later, I "fixed" the issue by removing the trigger and drilling some holes into the handle so that I can directly poke the steam button. The internal trigger mechanism needs to be redesigned, it needs to be stronger and should be a closed loop, not an open prong. The prong is what pokes the steam button inside the handle. Since it is a weak plastic prong it becomes fatigued from use and eventually it won't poke the steam button. As a result of the poor durability - I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I have all hardwood floors and two Great Danes. I always have footprints and slobber marks to take care of and cleaning my floors daily involved vacuuming the dog hair and then spraying a floor cleaner and using a microfiber mop. This has been a game changer - I can get the whole job done in 5-10 minutes. I haven't used the vacuum for my area rugs; I only use the Symphony to vacuum and steam my hardwood. I love how quickly it dries and it feels so clean underfoot. It's nice to know it's clean without using cleaners and chemicals to get it that way.
