I was given the Bissell All in One as a gift for Christmas, a gift I asked for! I absolutely LOVE this sweeper and steam mop. It has wonderful suction, and my floors look and feel incredibly clean after each use. I use this safely on my hardwood and ceramic tiled floors. Would definitely recommend!

This is the best experience I have ever had cleaning floors. I actually enjoyed it! Getting the Symphony set up was a snap and the cord length made cleaning my house almost no fuss. You know the house you go visit and always remind your kids to keep their shoes on because you do not want them to ruin their socks? That was MY house thanks to three large dogs and lots of visitors, but NO MORE! Thank you so much Bissell. I think I am about to go burn my broom...

It is rare for me to write a review, but I just had to. I just received my new steam mop today, and it only took me about 45 minutes to clean the floors in a house that is 90% hard surfaces and home to 2 dogs that shed constantly. This is a great product. It has a bit of trouble with corners, but I don't mind that, nothing else I have really does a wonderful job on corners either. I would recommend this steam mop to anyone who wants a floor that feels, looks, and even smells clean!

Finally a vac and steamer all in one. I don't usually write reviews but I needed to do this one. I should be reimbursed for this too. Upon my recommendation 3 friends purchased this. I have dark hardwood floors that show my dogs prints and hair every time they come in from outside. It was a three step process before. Dust, vacuum, then steam. Now one machine, 1/3 the time, fantastic results. Best money I've ever spent on a cleaning item. Just wish they included more of the micro fiber cleaning pads.
