What about a Cleaning Product?

My floor came out clean just as advertised although it is a little heavy for me to push. But, I do have a question. Is it okay to use my Bona floor cleaner with the Symphony? I could spray some Bona on the floor as I steam it? Wouldn't that make the floor even cleaner?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Totally love this steamer vacuum not only for how clean my floors turn out but also in this environment I feel the steam offers an added layer of protection against viruses. I also love how easy it is to use just pour in water empty the vacuum cup wash the pads.

I only used this vacuum and steam once and that's all I got from it. Ever since then it doesn't suck up anything any more I have cleaned it time and time again and it still does not work. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Worked great on tile, need to try it a few more times on...

So I could not wait to get this out of the box and try it. I went to specific tiles in the kitchen that showed visible signs of dirt and it worked very well. Because tile is not a smooth surface, there were some areas that need manual scrubbing but once those are done, I think that this machine will work good for maintenance on the tile. I also tried it on the hardwood floor with disappointing and concerning results. This does not mean I will not keep trying because I like the concept of this machine. The areas of the hardwood were left with white marks, not streaks but actual marks, When they dried, the marks were actually a little dusty and could be removed if you wet it and rubbed it away. I used water from the faucet so I am going to try the distilled water next because my google search seems to show that this will help

This product has made cleaning my house so much easier. The electric vacuum is great for sweeping my hard floors and the steam mop feature really gets my floors clean without putting too much water on the floor. It is easy to push and lightweight so it's easy to carry around the house. I also love the fact that you can adjust the height of the handle.
