I love my Bissell Symphony!

This is my second Symphony. My first one only lasted 2 years. The trigger which expels the steam stopped working. I took it to a dealer to have it repaired and it was not cost effective. I asked others on Facebook and it looks like it lasts on average only 2 years. I wish it would last longer, because I don't want to spend that much every 2 years. I do love it, though!

I loved my Bissell, for the 1st 3 months. Then it started dripping at the back. Now it makes a muddy mess. $179 for 3 months of use is ridiculous.

Best vacuum steam mop ever!

I am sooo impressed with this little gem. I used to mop every single day until I discovered this marvel. I let the Robotic Vacuum we have do the first cleaning only because one of my four dogs is a German Shepherd and you all know how much they shed, otherwise I would not need to use it because the vacuum of the BISSELL Symphony Pet is super strong and reliable. Anyways, after the Robotic vacuum is done I use the BISSELL Symphony Pet to clean the floors. I use the steam and vacuum option together in case the Robotic missed anything. Omg what a difference from mopping! Beautiful super shiny and clean floors with minimal effort. I also love the fact that the vacuum has a separate dirt cup which is super easy to clean. The BISSELL Symphony Pet is super light and so easy to maneuver. We have laminate on the upstairs and I use the light steam option with the soft pad. We have tile downstairs and I use the high steam option with the scrubby pad. The length of the cord is very good, not short not super long. The release of the mop is super convenient and easy to put back. I definitely recommend the BISSELL Symphony Pet to any pet owner or just anyone who wants to have super clean floors with minimal effort!

With 3 dogs that shed all year long, i felt as though all I did was clean! I was up early one morning and saw an infomercial on the Bissell Symphony. I was very skeptical yet thought I'd give it a try. I was very happily surprised. Hair is picked up and floors are squeaky clean with one swipe! I have learned to go forward and then pull back over the same area before moving to another section as hair must be vacuumed from the front of the machine BEFORE hitting the area with the wet mop. It's easy once you realize the procedure. Steam is heated very quickly, and a large area can be steam cleaned before needing more water. I recommend the distilled water mentioned in the manual. The Symphony is not bulky or heavy and stores easily. Money well-spent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this thing!!! I have 3 labradors so my kitchen floor is constantly needing to be vacuumed & washed. This has seriously cut the time to clean my floors in half! It picks up dog hair very well and steams the floor clean with just distilled water. My only suggestion is to make it so you don't need to keep the "trigger" squeezed to steam - maybe an on/off switch?? Great purchase for dog owners!!!

I own a small business and residential cleaning company and we have needed something like this for awhile. I already own the crosswave but some clients prefer their hard floors to be steamed and I was having to sweep, vacuum and then steam them so triple the work. Now with this product it's all done at one time and way faster and done well

With 2 cats n 2 puppies, wow is all I can say about the time saved n ease of clean up You have to make sure to hold the steam lever the whole time to keep the pad 'wet' with steam. Otherwise it drags n doesn't clean as well Love this machine. It's my 3rd steamer,1st Bissell
