Now you come out with one that does both. I own BISSELL VACUUM, the best in suction, light weight, (great for neck/shoulder medical problems) easy canister removal for easy under cleaning. The 2nd best suck vacuumed owned; leave name out; but to heavy n loud..BISSELL #1 all the way.

Love this steam vac

Replaced a prior model after having it for years. This one is amazing. The amount of steam this produces is amazing. The power of the suction of the vacuum is great too. I forgot that I had to clean the tunnel/funnel of the filter (filled w dog hair) and rinse the black filter. That brought the vacuum suction back to life/ just like new. I use it every 5 days and it had made a difference. I wish I could get btwn the wall and toilet to steam clean, but head is too big. It doesn't clean edges so well, but that's ok. After the pads are wet, it gets the edges clean if you use the sides of the pads, if that makes sense. This machine can handle fur. We use to have to vacuum first, then wash the floors. Now we only use this machine. A complete time saver. That's why I gave it 5 stars. I hope it lasts. I would recommend taking it apart every few uses (the head from the body) to check for debris that could be blocking the passage. Also, recommend rinsing the black filter and clearing the red inner chamber/tunnel/funnel of debris. That will keep the suction just like new. Best to empty bin after cleaning each room. Best to change pad after cleaning 1-2 rooms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Symphony is very easy to use. I have tiles with grout and loved the 1 pass vacuum and mop, however the floor was streaky when done. I do not know if it was because I used it "too wet"... Also the floor felt slightly sticky. However, do to the ease of use, I still use it....

I would give this 10 stars! Love it so much, I purchased three more for my daughter's. My back was killing me trying to keep my hardwood floors clean but now my floors are clean all the time. That is amazing with a German Shepherd Dog in the house. Buy this!!!

I have never even thought about leaving a review about an appliance but this vacuum steam mop deserves this review. Bissell hit a home run. This is brilliant. I have two kids, one of them a crawling infant and two big shedding dogs, and 1 shedding cat. I used to have to vacuum and then mop which translates to I would vacuum and get tired and then mop on special occasions and we had pet hair everywhere. Yes I am not your clean freak. I hate cleaning. And I do mean HATE. But this is why I love this vacuum steamer so much so that I am actually leaving this review. It is so lightweight and has the thinnest head that gets under everything. I was so worried that with it being so light and small that the water would be gone so fast that I'd be filling it up 2 or three times but that is not the case. I have a large 4 bedroom 3 bath home and the entire home is tile. I didn't want this core of cleaning my floors to take hours and with this I clean my kitchen, dining and living room and 1 bedroom with one fill up of the water tank in 25 minutes, and another fill up and 25 mknutes and my whole house is done. Yes that's less than an hour to vacuum and steam mop my entire home. I'm not a speed racer in fact I go kind of slow so the vacuum can pick up stuff before the amazing steamer gets the dog hair wet. I can't get over how quick and easy it is. The canister is ingenious for getting stuff out, they made a little push lever that pushes all the dirt and pet hair out without even touching it and they have made it so easy to take apart and clean. I have had it about 2 months now and I use it everyday and I still get excited when I use it. I have my time back and that to me is everything. The only thing I wish it came with was more steam carpet heads so that I didn't have two dirty all the time. I need 4 more because I mop all the time now. Here is to finally having a clean home. Thank you Bissel for this home run.

My old symphony steam mop was hard to push and I belive this caused the handle switch to break used it with a clothes pin looked at other brands but liked your mop so bought another relocated wheelomakes it easier to push use to clean own house and my Mother's house every week
