I was in love, then my machine broke after only 3 months. My floors looked AMAZING and it was so quick and easy to use. I only used distilled water so I don't know what happened, the vacuum still works but the steam doesn't work anymore. SO SAD, great concept just wish it had held up

I purchased the Bissell Symphony after acquiring a puppy that loves to bring the outside world into our house. We have wood floors. This product works great - it's fast clean-up! I use it often. I can vacuum and steam clean at the same time. It replaces a Bissell Flip-it that worked well but took a lot of time and occasionally left streaks on the floor. The vacuum function is powerful. The steam leaves the floor clean.

I'll preface this in saying I have no stock in the company and I'm not getting paid for this review. I've owned my Symphony for three months and have used it every weekend since. First, let me say, I bought it to ease my tendinitis pain in my wrist. Of course nothing cleans better than soap and water but if you cannot clean tile on your hands and knees and need an easy to use mop to give you an honest clean and finish, this is it. I have Florida tile throughout my home and this makes me want to clean it. I wasn't sure at first but after weeks of results I can say it's wonderful for light jobs. It does not dry with streaks and it's lightweight. I love the vacuum combo. I love the citrus solution you can accompany it with although distilled water works just as well. The disposable pads work great for real messes.. I cleaned professionally at one time and I'm skeptical about gadgets but I like this product. I don't have pets but I do have a six month old grandson. The Symphony gives me the fresh and clean I need without all the pain.

Fantastic New Tool!

My house is 2000+ square feet of tile and rooms that aren't tile will be in the near future. I used to vacuum it all and then drag out my commercial mop and roll around bucket to clean these floors. Very time consuming and hard on this old body. I dreaded it and never washed the floors more than once a week despite having two Scottish Terriers who drag tons of dirt into the house. This machine is wonderful and I have used it four times in five days. I love it. I have recommended this machine to my friend who also has two dogs and she is also in love with it. Good job, Bissell! P.S. One cleaning tip: wear only socks when cleaning your floors. You won't leave foot or shoe prints that way.
