[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my Symphony. I wiped my floors with a paper towel after cleaning them with the Symphony, and the paper towel came out clean, so I know it's effective. My only complaint is using it on carpet, which I know it was not designed to do. I wish there was a carpet attachment. Otherwise it's a great product!

My daughter bought me the Bissell Symphony all in one vacuum and steam mop 2 weeks ago...and it is amazing I have tried it about the whole 2 weeks.. I have read reviews that were not so good... but I'm sure there is something wrong for 1 said it was hard to push, if your vacuuming a rug or carpet going against the nap of the carpet will cause it to be hard to push. mine did that until I realized to go the other way(with the nap) also read it didn't steam. mine steams and vacs at the same time and is great no messes at all. also I have steamed carpet with no problem and was able to walk on it right away. as well as steaming a bathroom floor,kitchen floor tiled and it did a great job even on my wood laminate floors hallway living room,dining room, I just can not say enough for this steam and vac ...I am totally blown away at how it works. I clean almost daily because of 2 dogs and because I'm a clean oholic. I would recommend this to anyone ,if you have any problem just call them they will walk you through it as they did me, all I can say is Bissell Keep up the good work I for 1 am a very satisfied customer and if my daughter wants to buy me anything else from Bissell I will tell her go for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has to be replaced 3+ times within one year. After replacing so many, the vacuum part stopped working. It is not worth the money and hassle for constant replacements.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Three years now and going strong! I have always used only distilled water and I have not had a single problem. Although the supplied rewashable pads are great, I do love using the recommended swiffer/bissell Steamboost pads. They worked extremely well and smelled fantastic! Sadly, they are no longer available in my area. Please tell me how to continue getting them at the reasonable price!!!!

Smells Like Fish!!!!

I got the Symphony All in One Steam Mop as a Christmas gift and it has smells like fish since day one! At first I thought it was me but after a party this week I used it to clean up and had 6 people walk through and ask what the horrible tuna smell was. I've read more than 30 online reviews on different websites that all describe the same odor. Going to call Bissell this week to see if they can offer a resolution otherwise I'll be returning it to the store. It would be a great, convenient machine if it didn't stink up the whole house.
