[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Symphony Pet All-in-One Vacuum and Steam Mop recently to replace an earlier model that had a broken trigger. The trigger issue seamed to be common based on the other reviews I read. This new steamer is really nice. We have a cat and tile floors throughout the house and it was a dream to use right out of the box. While slightly disgusted at how dirty the pads were after cleaning I'm so happy that is not on my floor anymore! Very easy to use and lightweight. I tried the disposable pads and concur with the other reviewers that they are not worth the additional money as they come off too easily. Stick with the cloth pads and do not put them in the dryer after washing.

I used it once on living room when it came. I got it out and filled up the water again and plugged it in. Not Working. Granted we had a time getting the mop pad on. I changed plugins, worked. I tried to put steam on high. Didn't work, I tried to put steam on low. Nothing worked. I tried to turn the vacuum off and did not work. I unplugged it tried another plug. Didn't work. Nothing works. i am using plugin that works on everything else. I got a representative that didn't speak English well and didn't explain that I already had a postage paid to send back. I will not be back to Bissell.
