[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is great! It has taken on our normal dirt and traffic plus some remodeling mess. Sticky spots and foot prints have vanished. We really like the way it can take on big throw rugs at the doorway and depot clean our white carpet!

I hate to clean, but, love a clean home. 2 dogs and 1 inside,outside cat and people inside and outside all day bringing in grass, dirt and whatever. This Symphony Pet all-in-one is amazing. Easy to use and take care of. I can walk barefoot after using this machine and nothing on the floor, only clean, clean, clean! Had mine for 10 months then the steamer stopped working. Bissell customer service was wonderful. Easy to get hold of and easy to talk to. They sent me a new one immediately and now I am happy again with clean home. Thanks Bissell. :)

I hate cleaning and I can honestly say the Symphony has been life changing. Too strong a phrase? Nope! Am I gushing? You bet I am! With 3 Labrador Retrievers that live to shed and track up my floors, I always hated the thought of cleaning them. I would spend 2 hours just doing the ceramic tile in my great room with both vacuuming and then mopping. So my floors were not always something I was proud of because I just didn't have that much time to spend daily on this chore. But with the Symphony, I am mopping and vacuuming every day. My floors are beautiful! Time spent...45 minutes to an hour, but that's the entire house! My floors have never looked this clean. My house always smells fresh. I am in love with the Symphony! Kudos to the person or persons that invented this product.! P.S. Works great on hard wood and ceramic tile.
