[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very impressed so far with the ease of use and quick clean up ability. I love that it uses steam instead of chemical cleaning solutions. I would prefer cordless but I bought it knowing it needs to be plugged in and the price point would probably be too high with that feature.

So easy to fill the tank. Unit stands up like a vacuum. Can vacuum without steam, can steam without vacuum & do BOTH! The heaviest part of this unit is the cord...haha. The cord is a great long length. My only negative is if you don't use all the water in the tank you have to open the spout and tip the whole machine upside down to dump it. (Only reason for the 4 stars)

I bought the symphony thinking it would be able to clean my floors,, I was wrong. The vacuum is not that great, suction is poor, the steam portion is a joke, it doesn't clean at all. I have two dogs, two cats and 2 kids. All hardwood floors and this vacuum just can't keep up. If your house or apartment is really clean and no pets I guess this might work but the little stick stream mops put out more steam power. Overall very disappointed, buying a shark.
