The unit is easy to use and that it is compact allows easy storage, as a space saver. Love the feature to allow you to vacuum and steam floor surfaces, is great.

I received as a gift, and what a gift! Having disabilities, my floors were washed every month or so. With a small indoor dog, there were always paw prints, or drool drops since I couldn't clean the floors enough to keep up. Now, vacuuming and steaming together keeps them shiny! The vacuum picked up all the loose needles from the Christmas tree, which other vacuums didn't do. The small steamer has come in handy as well. Its truly been great having this! My dog isn't running now when I clean. He likes to watch, the noise doesn't frighten him or bother his hearing.

I'm in LOVE . . . with my Symphony Pet All-in-One Vacuum and Steam Mop! How I used to dread cleaning the floor after I spent so much time just vacuuming it. It was painful knowing that I was not through cleaning after I just went around the house vacuuming. Now, I love to clean my floors! I'm just thrilled at the fact that after I go around the house once, I am done! This steam mop does exactly what it claims to do . . . vacuums and steam cleans at the same time. I have two dogs and one of them sheds a lot. I was skeptical about vacuuming and steam mopping at the same time, but let me tell you it really does work!!! I love the way my wood floors and ceramic tile look after I'm done cleaning them. The machine is so easy to use and the two different mop pads are great! I've used it several times, and each time, I still get excited about using it. I can't say enough wonderful things about this product! One thing I will say is "buy it now" you'll wonder how you ever lived without it! Someone finally made a lot of people like me, very happy :) If I could, I would love to thank them in person, but for now . . . THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU BISSELL for making one of my cleaning chores a lot easier!

Some improvements needed

Because of the location of the steam trigger under the handle, I constantly press for steam even when I do not need it. The pad tray comes off constantly and is sometimes hard to get locked back in place. Vacuum does not work that well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this product for months and here are my thoughts: like all the functions. Vacuums all the crumbs and steam mops too. The only change I would make is a longer cord.

Time Saving Easy Cleaning

The Bissell Symphony Vacuum/Steam Mop is so convenient and such a time saver. Before, when cleaning my tile floors, I would have to sweep them and then pull out my mop and bucket to clean them. After which there was clean up of dirty water, as well as, dealing with the mop itself. Now, the Bissell Symphony does it all with minimal cleanup. Being able to vacuum and steam clean at the same time is phenomenal. The vacuum's suction is strong and the cup is extremely easy to empty. The steam cleaner does an excellent job leaving my floors spotless and, of course, with no residue. Cleaning my floors is now as easy as vacuuming them. I am so pleased with this product!
