I have two kids that leave a trail of crumbs and a German Shepherd that sheds like crazy. This vacuum mop is so awesome. It's lightweight and glides across the floor picking everything up I need it to and leaving a freshly mopped floor in It's wake. I was so excited I video called my mom and my best friend to show them. It's so easy and quick my husband and I use it every day, especially in the kitchen.

Had bought a carpet cleaner from Bissell was so happy with it that I decided to get a Symphony. Glad I did, it does a wonderful job. By the way the video of the guy cleaning the floor at a subway station then eating off it was the cincher.

Latch does not hold on cannister.

Love the Symphony with one exception. We will be vacuuming and all of a sudden it will not pick up. Almost always the problem is that the latch on the storage canister has moved from the locked position. It is a nuisance.

I've only had this a week I have a 2 bedroom condo with ceramic tile throughout save 1bedroom with wood floor. I have always sponge mopped. This machine is a quality unit and did a fantastic job on my floors. The mop head was completely black when finished. I hope it holds up but if not it has a three year warranty. I don't think Shark products can hold a candle to it. Can't beat it for the money I've been hoping for a product like for a while.
