I bought this as it sounded like the product for me with three dogs and tile floors, but it clogs too easily and won't pick up anything larger then light sand, dust. Clogs constantly and I'm am very disappointed. I only have two dogs now but still the same problems. I waited to give this review as I wanted to give the product a chance, very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the idea wish I knew why it streaks

I love this cleaner. I am not sure why but my floor has terrible streaks every time it have used it. I have both ceramic and hard wood floors and both of them have streaks when I finish. Please advise!

Hey Bissell-- is there a fix for this?

We have 5 children, 4 cats, and a dog. I was thrilled to find that this would vacuum AND mop at the same time!! Imagine my disappointment when after only a little over a year we've got zero steam without warning. I read through reviews to find others have had a similar problem and the Bissell recommended video is a little insulting: https://www.bissell.com/symphony-all-in-one-vacuum-and-steam-mop-1132/reduced-steam-symphony-vacuum-and-steam-mop Yes. I have water in it. I want a video that talks me through what other parts to check so I can tell what's actually wrong with the functioning of the machine. Is it the pump? Is it the filter? Something we haven't thought of yet? I want so badly to be a Bissell customer because of the functionality of the products for my family, but I just can't in good conscience toss a machine into the landfill once a year because there's no follow up on the maintenance.

The floors in our house are mostly hard surfaces and this product not only does a great job of cleaning them all (laminate, linoleum and tile) , it also saves time by not having to vacuum before steam cleaning. A great product.

The steamer worked great for almost two years. I used it for the kitchen and bathrooms. The steamer quit working so it went into the landfill. I would hope that these products would last for more than two years for the price that was paid.
