[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight and easy to maneuver. I do have to sweep if there's a a medium amount of debris on the floor before using the vacuum with stem mop option because it will push some dirt around instead of sucking it all up. If there's minimal amount of dirt/dog hair I can just go right ahead and use it without pre sweeping. Overall, it's a great product and takes half the time to clean my floors than it usually does.

Used it once and then would not steam again. It makes lots of noise and cheap made. Looks like they went backwards in technology. My Sharp that I had for 15 years was much better.
