A must have if you love barefoot clean floors!!!

I am extremely happy with this product so far. Purchased for my wife who has difficulty with traditional methods, due to disability. The first time we used it, we were amazed at how much dirt and buildup it removed from our tile floors. The only negative, If you can call it that, was that we had to wash the mop heads twice to remove the filth on them! Our floors now look and feel better than when we moved in!!!!

It works great on removing the dirt/fur and etc. from the traffic of six people, a cat, and a dog. I love it! We've had Bissell steam products in the past and loved the results. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's pretty loud and the head doesn't swivel.

The only problems I am having is that the steam function takes a bit to heat up and there is no way I can find to empty the water out other than turning the whole thing to the side or upside down- I am afraid that would let water into the motor.

I used the Symphony on a ceramic tile hallway in my house. The vacuum readily picked up loose debris and dust. The floor looked pretty clean so I was surprised by the dirt collected on the mop pad. Clearly, the steam cleaning worked. The device itself seems well made, though some of the buttons/latches were a bit hard to maneuver at first. The opposite was true of the part that holds the unit upright. I found it slipped over because it did not latch in the upright position. There should be a firmer latch that is released by your foot when you start to use the unit.

I ❤️ this symphony complete vacuum/steamer. I don't have to vacuum then steam after, cleaning is quicker, the steamer does not take long to heat up. I have four s and kids, this symphony is one of the best products from Bissell. I use it on my laminate and tile floors. My only complaint is that I didn't buy it soon enough when I received an email from Bissell. My kids actually like this product and were impressed by it's dual function and enjoyed helping with the cleaning. Thank you, Bissell

I received the Bissell before the holidays and found it made things so much easier. The combined mopping and vacuuming capabilities far exceeded my expectations. In addition, there were so many nice things that were designed to make it even easier like 1) It stands up by itself so you never have to lean it on something when you're interrupted; 2) it has easy fill water which does not spill or leak if the vacuum is laying down or turned over to change the pad; 3) It heats up quickly; 4) The pads clean easily and are sturdy; 5) It's intuitive and doesnt even need the manual it comes with; 6) It saves time and money--no expensive cleaning or 'refill' supplies; 7) it's ECO friendly because there are no solutions other than water so for those with allergies or who are sensitive to harsh clearners, this is AWESOME.
