We have a lot of tile flooring. I use my symphony for pick up during the week and steam clean once a week. My 2 compromises are, it's not cordless and I can't get the sides of the toilets.

I had an original Symphony, but I am so glad I bought this model. The motor is much stronger for picking up pet hair and the cord is longer which is a huge convenience. I have 4 longhaired cats and 2 dogs with bamboo hardwood throughout the house. I can't live without this!

Wow! Super easy to clean the floor with the vacuum and steam mop! I have 2 cats and 2 dogs, one dog who sheds like it's his job. I did sweep first, which is what I always do and I am usually left with clumps of dog hair...NOT with this!! Impressed!!

I bought this for my tile floors and loved it the first month. After that it started to smell. It now will vacuum but forget the steam mop. Highly disappointed in this product. I normally Love Bissell products but this one is making me think twice .

I've had mine for a while and I have no complaints, I'm glad that I made the decision to purchase it, I was a bit uncertain at first because I had a bad experience with the Shark Steamer so I was quite scared to trust Bissell I watched the promos over and over again to make sure before I invested in it, I'm glad I did because it's been great. I'm disappointed to find out that the cleaning pads have been discontinued, what are we suppose to do when ours wears out, I was planning on purchasing several more to be on the safe side, but that's not an option now, I wonder why they discontinued them in the first place knowing that thousands of customers bought this steam cleaner !!!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchase my first 2 years ago. Absolutely LOVED IT! Great idea to kill 2 chores at once. Without our first year of the product I had to get it replaced but still within warranty so they replaced for free! Thank you Bissell! But this replacement I have ensured to take gentle care and also only use Bissell liquid instead of normal water. My 2nd replacement bissell now does not produce steam. The machine gets super hot in the front where the 'engine' is and no steam comes out. Now I have to take it to a shop and pay to have it fixed. I pay a good sum of money on something that within 2 years I will have to replace. Yes I use it a lot but my Shark lasted longer than this already!

As advertised, this product does everything it says it will do. It vacuums up all the pet messes, dust, dirt, and hair with ease all while steam mopping your floors. I recommend getting the scented water along with it to leave your home smelling fresh. I HIGHLY recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two cats and live in small apt, but this cannot do the trick. It spreads the wet cat hair around especially from the front bristles. This vaccuum is the worst I wish I returned it within 30 days rather than trying to learn how to use it better
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
