[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great at picking up dog hair. Love that it vacuums & mops my floor in one step. The only down side is that after using is for a while, the moisture doesn't allow for the vacuum to work as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am 71 years old and I have tried every way possible to keep my floors clean without much success. I purchased my Symphony on line after seeing a quick commercial on TV. I was at my wits end.. We have two large dogs that come back and forth thru a doggy door from 6 acres of forest, dirt and wet paws when it rains. My Symphony arrived last week and I have already used it 4 times. Amazing ! ! ! I have about 1500sf of ceramic tile in my home and my Symphony cleans up spilled coffee, muffin crumbs, dog hair and mud tracked in on boots and paws. This is my first Bissell product and it won't be my last. Thank you Bissell for this wonderful product. I can finally feel good about the condition of my floors.

It should be cheaper, for the price you should get what is advertised. The vacume does not work well, it's not as good as any single vacume on its own. It's almost frustrating when you notice dirt and hair stuck to the floor after being wet by the steam. I usually have to go back and vacume or sweep after it has dried. Not a bad steam mop, very hot. The other reviews must be fake, it doesn't work that well.

We're sorry to hear this! If you have a lot of dust and dirt on your floor it may be better to vacuum it first before steaming. If the dirt/dust gets wet it may not be as easily picked up with a vacuum.
