Returned from Iraq serving 2 years. I'm opening up birthdays and Xmas and I received this 2 in 1 Vacuum Steamer from " secret Santa " from my church Xmas 2020 and I took it out of it's original packaging to plug it in. Turn on and it leaks!!!! Very upsetting
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far my wife and I are extremely pleased with the steam and vac combo. First of all, we were able to get rid of our mop, bucket, and all of the chemicals we were using. Second, we can know clean our tile up to where it meets the carpet without getting the carpet wet. Third, the mop can use disposable wipes for the more tougher jobs. The VAC is perfect for those quick pick-ups while mopping. We are seniors and this machine just eliminated a lot of work for both of us. I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far i really like this steam mop. I like how the dry dirt is separated as you vacuum and mop and it's easy to clean. I do think that the vacuum is a bit loud for such a slim device. My Bissell vacuum seems to make less noise. #sweepstakes

The steam works good

I was waiting for a product that does vacuum and steam cleaning. At first the weight was too heavy to push. The more I use it the weight seems lighter. The big problem is the vacuum cup keeps falling off and it doesn't vacuum the corners very well. Not enough vacuum for cat litter near corners. Overall I like it and won't return it.

Just used my Symphony for the first time today. Five stars aren't enough! It cleaned very well, and it is so easy since I don't have to sweep first. I know my floors are much cleaner using steam than with any bottled cleaner. Loving my Symphony!

My husband saved up money to buy this for me last Valentine's day. The vacuum quit working 2 months into it and wouldn't pick up anything. 5 months into it it leaks water out all over the floor. The hard plastic paste the mop rag goes on leaves lines on your floor. And it's hard to push across your floor. If you dont mind wasting your money buy it.
