I love this Floor cleaner

I love this floor cleaner, I have wood laminate floors, plus 2 big dogs. I was going crazy trying to find a cleaner that would work. I clean my floors 5 times a week. this cleaner leaves my floors spotless, and its easy to use. Great job Bissell:)

I got one for my birthday a couple years ago, I used it for a short time and the steam stopped working. Emailed Bissell, they sent me a replacement I have had it for a little over 6 months and the steamed stopped working again. I am so disappointed!!

We're sorry to hear the second one stopped working, BHoov - with steam mops like this it's important to use distilled or filtered water. If tap water or any chemicals or cleaners are being used it could cause the mop to stop working. I recently purchased the Symphony. I read the reviews so I sort of knew what I was getting, but was surprised to find that all the reviews I read did not even touch how I felt about mine. I live in a fifth wheeler and short of space. The Symphony sure fits the bill to fix that. All so it eliminates my present vacuum, floor mop and hand held rug cleaners. My floors are hard wood, tile and carpeting. This product handles all of the above and beautifully. The Symphony has removed most of 6 years worth of "self-cleaning wax". I didn't remember just how beautiful my hard wood floor was. The spots in my carpet are gone and look almost brand new. I use distilled water as directed in the paperwork accompanying my Symphony. My first suggestion to anyone using a new piece of equipment - READ THE PAPERWORK FIRST. It helps a lot. Thanks Bissell, for a great helper.

Leaking after a few months

I initially loved this machine it made cleaning so much easier. I use it once a week on my kitchen and bathroom floor. Today I added my water and the whole chamber leaked out onto my floor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Symphony All-in-One vacuum and steam mop

The vacuum is lightweight and easy to use with a good length handle so I do not have to bend over to vacuum. The low profile head allows for vacuuming under low cabinets and furniture. The squared edges makes vacuuming along baseboards very efficient and the suction power is good and pulls in all of the pet hair. The steam mop heats up quickly and makes mopping my ceramic tile floors an easy task.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how easy it is to put together and use. With two young children and a dog in the house it's great for any type of spill! The only thing I wish it had was a wand attachment to get in the right places around the house.

I have many pets that leave hair, paw prints and kitty litter tracked throughout my kitchen. I was sweeping, vacuuming and mopping and was tired of it. I have had a Bissell Flip-it for years until the wet side started leaking and would no longer work. The only complaint I had was that everything went into one container and if you forgot to dump the hair and dust you ended up with mud! When it died I went back to Bissell and found the symphony. The only complaint so far that I would have would be that it does not clean edges well. I am absolutely content with my Symphony.

I got the Bissell symphony when we moved to our new home as a gift. It doesn't vacuum and when I tried to use the steam mop it just leaks every where. This product has left me with more of a mess than when I started.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry for your disappointment and we do want to help. For no suction, make sure the Vac light is on. The filter and dirt cup have to be properly installed. Make sure there isn't any gaps. It's important the hoses are also installed properly. We recommend pulling off the floor nozzle and check for any hair that may be hindering the suction. Now let's check a few steps to stop the leak. The filter and or dummy filter should be pushed all the way in. Check for any hair line cracks too. Make sure the filters are clean and properly installed.
