[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum and whether to put the plate on is confusing. The mop is great. The dirt does not come out of the pads so they are never white again even with bleach.

This is my second Bissell vac/mop, my other one still woks I just wanted to upgrade. I have a lot of Bissell products and I love everyone. The vac/mop is great! saves a lot of time, and I have a medium size long hair dog and I don't like to clean my floors with chemicals so this is just perfect for those of us that want to element chemicals in our life

I absolutely love this product. I have always hated sweeping and mopping. I was very skeptical about purchasing this item. I thought water and dirt don't mix and that it would just make a huge mess. I was so wrong. It works fabulous. I have recommended this to people. I now love sweeping (technically vacuuming now) and mopping. I do it a couple times a week now instead of about once a month. It only takes a few minutes to do my floors now. And it's so easy to operate. I hope they never stop making this product. If it wears out in a year or 2, I will definitely buy another one. Totally in love with this product. Thank you Bissell.
