[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this all-in-one. Vacs up the dirt and steam cleans all in one or separately. Separate tank for the dirt so it's not wet and easily empties. I couldn't believe the dirt that was on the pad the first time and I had just mopped!

Mop is too big and too heavy.

The mop is really too heavy to push and pull. It's hard to get under the bed and around the toilet bowl. I returned before I broke my back, or pulled a muscle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Vacuum and steam in one step

I love that I can vacuum and steam clean all in one step. The steamer is easy to use. My only complaint is the option for additional steam is located on the inside of the handle. It would have been better to place this maybe on top of the handle. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with my Symphony.

Due to multiple allergies, we have opted to have either tile or hardwood flooring in our home. It is amazing how well this product works. It is wonderful to be able to vacuum and steam clean at the same time!
